From Arezzo's central Piazza Grande, head south on Via Roma until you reach the Arezzo train station. This should take approximately 10 minutes. At the station, purchase a train ticket to Siena. The train ride to Siena takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Siena train station, exit the station and catch the local bus number 3 or 8 towards 'Centro'. Get off at 'Piazza del Duomo' stop. From there, walk straight into Piazza del Duomo and you will find the Piccolomini Library located at Piazza del Duomo, 8.
