Walking
If you're starting from Piazza del Campo, walk towards the northern side of the square. Exit the square by taking the street called Via di Città. Continue walking straight until you reach a junction; turn left onto Via delle Terme. Follow this street for about 300 meters, and you will see a sign for Via del Capitano on your right. Turn onto Via del Capitano, and after a short walk, you will find the Palace of the Captain at number 17 on your left.

From the Siena Cathedral (Duomo di Siena), head down the steps from the cathedral towards the Piazza del Duomo. Once you're at the Piazza, take the exit towards Via di Città. Walk straight along this street until you reach the junction with Via delle Terme. Turn right onto Via delle Terme, and after approximately 300 meters, look for Via del Capitano on your right. Once on Via del Capitano, the Palace of the Captain will be on your left at number 17.
