Walking
If you're starting from Piazza del Campo, walk towards the northern side of the square. Exit the square by taking the street called Via di Città. Continue walking straight until you reach a junction; turn left onto Via delle Terme. Follow this street for about 300 meters, and you will see a sign for Via del Capitano on your right. Turn onto Via del Capitano, and after a short walk, you will find the Palace of the Captain at number 17 on your left.
