    From the center of Assisi, head towards the Basilica di San Francesco. Once you reach the basilica, continue straight along Via San Francesco until you reach Piazza del Comune. Turn left onto Corso Mazzini and walk until you reach the intersection with Via San Paolo. Turn right onto Via San Paolo and continue walking until you reach the bus stop for Terni. Take the bus towards Terni and enjoy the scenic ride. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once in Terni, get off at the 'Terni Centro' stop. From there, you can either walk or take a local bus to Strada di Carsoli. If walking, head southeast on Via Roma, continue straight onto Via della Repubblica, and then turn left onto Strada di Carsoli. Carsulae will be on your right.

    Start at the Assisi train station. From there, take a regional train towards Terni. The train ride lasts about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Terni station, exit and head to the bus station next to the train station. Look for a bus heading towards Strada di Carsoli or the nearby archaeological site of Carsulae. Board the bus and enjoy the ride, which should take around 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to the archaeological site, and you will see the entrance a short walk away.
