From Assisi, head to the main bus station, 'Piazza Giovanni Paolo II'. Look for the bus service to 'Foligno'. Purchase a ticket from the kiosk or the ticket machine. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you reach Foligno, get off at the main bus stop.

After arriving at the Foligno bus station, exit the station and head towards 'Viale Roma'. From there, follow 'Viale Roma' until you reach 'Via Roma'. Turn left onto 'Via Roma' and then take a right onto 'Via delle Industrie'. Continue straight until you reach 'Via Rasiglia'. Follow 'Via Rasiglia' as it leads you into the village of Rasiglia. The Cascate di Rasiglia will be on your left. The entire walking route from Foligno bus station to the waterfalls takes approximately 30 minutes.
