Train
From Assisi, walk to the Assisi train station, which is about a 20-minute walk from the town center. Head down Via G. Mazzini, and then turn left onto Viale Umberto I. Follow the signs to the train station. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Foligno. The train ride takes approximately 15 minutes. Upon arrival at Foligno train station, exit the station and head south towards Via della Repubblica. Continue straight until you reach the center of Foligno, approximately a 15-minute walk.

From the center of Assisi, head to the bus station located near Piazza Matteotti. Look for a bus that is heading to Foligno; the bus line is usually marked. The ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Foligno bus station, exit and walk towards the center of Foligno, which is about a 10-minute walk. Head down Via della Repubblica towards Piazza della Repubblica.
