From the center of Assisi, head towards the main square, Piazza del Comune. Once there, look for the signs directing you toward the bus station, which is located at Via G. Mazzini. Walk along Via G. Mazzini until you reach the bus stop. Take the bus toward Perugia. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Perugia, get off at the stop 'P.za Italia' and head towards the direction of the main street, Corso Vannucci. Walk straight until you reach the junction with Via delle Volte. Turn left onto Via delle Volte and continue walking until you reach P.za Ignazio Danti, where the Etruscan Well is located.

From Assisi, go to the local bus station on Via G. Mazzini. Purchase a ticket for Perugia. Boards the bus, which should run frequently throughout the day. After about 30 minutes, you will arrive at Perugia's bus station. From there, walk towards P.za Italia, and then follow the directions to Corso Vannucci. Continue to Via delle Volte, and then arrive at P.za Ignazio Danti, where the Etruscan Well is located.
