Walking
From the center of Assisi, start at Piazza del Comune. Head south on Via San Francesco, which will take you toward the Basilica of San Francesco. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via del Sacro Convento. Turn right and follow this road uphill until you reach the top. Next, take a left onto Via Giovanni Paolo II, which leads you out of Assisi and towards the main road. Continue walking straight until you reach the bus station (Piazza Matteotti). From there, take the bus to Perugia, which will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Perugia Fontivegge' and transfer to another bus heading towards 'Strada Comunale S. Marino'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop nearest to 'Let's Cook in Umbria' located at Strada Comunale S. Marino, 25.
Public Transport
From Assisi, head to the main bus station located at Via Giosuè Carducci. Purchase a ticket to Perugia. Board the bus, and enjoy a scenic ride that takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Perugia bus station (Piazza Matteotti), look for the bus service to 'Strada Comunale S. Marino'. This bus ride will take an additional 10 minutes. Disembark at the stop closest to 'Let's Cook in Umbria'. Follow the signs to Strada Comunale S. Marino, and you will find the cooking school at number 25.
