    If you are starting from the Basilica of Saint Francis, exit the basilica and head east on Via San Francesco. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Via Giovanni Paolo II, where you will turn left. Follow this road until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Via San Damiano. Continue straight for about 500 meters, and you will find San Damiano on your right at Via San Damiano, 7.

    From the Piazza del Comune, head southwest on Via Bartolomeo d'Assisi. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via San Francesco. Turn right onto Via San Francesco and follow the same route as mentioned above towards Via Giovanni Paolo II and then Via San Damiano. San Damiano will be on your right.

    From the Assisi train station, take the local bus (Line C) towards Santa Maria degli Angeli. Get off at the 'San Damiano' bus stop. From there, it’s just a short walk. Head north on Via San Damiano for about 100 meters, and you will reach San Damiano at Via San Damiano, 7.

    If you're at the Rocca Maggiore (the fortress), exit the fortress and head down towards Via San Francesco. Turn left on Via San Francesco and follow the same route towards Via Giovanni Paolo II and then Via San Damiano. San Damiano will be on your right after about 500 meters.
