Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Fontebella. Turn left onto Via Fontebella. Follow Via Fontebella for about 10-15 minutes until you see St. Francis Gate on your right side.     If you are at Piazza del Comune, the central square of Assisi, exit the square heading towards Via Portica. Continue along Via Portica until you reach Via San Francesco.
