From Bari Centrale train station, take a train towards Monopoli. Trains run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Monopoli station, exit the station and walk towards the main road, Via Cavour. Turn left onto Via Cavour and continue straight until you reach the coast. From there, turn right onto Via Porto, where you will find Porto Antico.

You can take the FSE bus from Bari to Monopoli. Buses depart from the main bus station, located near Bari Centrale. The bus journey takes around 50 minutes. Upon arrival at the Monopoli bus station, walk down Via Roma until you reach the coast, then turn right onto Via Porto to reach Porto Antico.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Bari. Start from the city center and head towards the coast, following the Lungomare. Continue along the coastline, following signs towards Monopoli.
