Best culinary experience
Lorenzo and Valeria were incredible. Lorenzo and I ended up talking about culture and places we liked during dinner and that was really fun. My wife and i loved the cooking experience and the new skills we learned. Let’s see if we can reproduce the recipes back home. The food was prepared really well and we got the recipes for the sauces too. Yum. Highly recommended for the culinary and social experience. I’m seriously considering to do it again.

La Dolce Vita in the Kitchen – An Italian Cooking Adventure!
Mama mia! This Italian cooking course was like stepping straight into Nonna’s kitchen. We rolled the pasta by hand like real Italians — great rolling machines and love! From silky tagliatelle to a Tiramisu so good it could make you sing opera, every step was full of laughter, flour everywhere, and a lot of 'just a little more Parmesan'. If you’ve ever wanted to cook like a true Italian (and eat like one too), this is the course for you. Bellissimo!
