Wine Tasting with Food Pairings in Bari City Center
Enlightening experience
From the initial booking the instructions the directions and reminders where clear and easy to follow. We had a very warm welcome and were made to feel relaxed. Gina Luca’ knowledge of his local wines and their production was incredible. The pairing of our food offering perfectly complemented the wines.

Bari Cooking Class: Iconic Recipe & Tasting at Local's Home
Taking home a taste of Puglia
We did the cooking class on our last day in Puglia on the morning of us flying out. Juanita gave us a private lesson on baking pastiocciotto in her lovely apartment. I think this is a new addition to the list of cooking classes available. We’d been eating these delicious custard pastries all over Puglia and I’d never thought of ever learning how to make them myself. Although she is an expert chef/baker she was able to guide us through all the steps, made us a lovely coffee and prepared an aperitivo as we waited for the pastiocciotto to cook. They turned out so well and I’m definitely going to give it a try back home. What a great way to take home an experience of Italy /Puglia. Highly recommended ⭐️
