From the center of Santo Spirito, head north on Via G. Marconi towards Via Giuseppe Mazzini. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Via degli Olmi. Turn left onto Via degli Olmi and walk for approximately 300 meters until you reach the main road, Via Nazionale. Here, you can catch a local bus (line 16 or 18) heading towards Bari. The bus stop is located on the right side of Via Nazionale.

Stay on the bus for about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic, and get off at the 'Piazza Aldo Moro' stop in Bari. From there, follow the signs towards the Basilica of Saint Nicholas.

After getting off the bus, walk towards Via G. Amendola. Turn left and continue walking straight until you reach Largo Abate Elia, where the Basilica of Saint Nicholas is located.
