From there, head south on Via dei Dottula until you reach Piazzale della Libertà. Turn left onto Via Venezia and continue straight. After about 400 meters, you will reach Piazza Mercantile, where the Column of Shame is located at number 70. Look for the iconic column in the center of the square.

If you are further away in Bari and need to use public transport, take the Bari Metro Line 1 to the 'Bari Centrale' station. From there, exit the station and take a bus (line 16) towards 'Piazza Mercantile'. The bus fare is approximately €1.00.
