Bus
From Bergamo city center, make your way to the 'Autostazione' bus terminal. Take bus number 6 towards 'Lecco' and disembark at 'Bellano'. The journey will take approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Bellano, walk towards the lakefront and follow the signs leading to 'Camaggiore'. The Alpe Camaggiore is located about 5 km uphill from the town center. You can either hike up the scenic trail or catch a local taxi to reach the location more quickly.
Train and Bus
Start at Bergamo train station and catch a train to 'Lecco'. The train ride will take around 30 minutes. From Lecco, exit the train station and head to the nearby bus stop. Take the bus heading towards 'Bellano'. When you arrive at Bellano, follow the signs towards 'Camaggiore'. Alpe Camaggiore is located about 5 km from the town center; you can either hike or take a local taxi to reach your destination.
Walking
If you are already in Bellano, you can walk to Alpe Camaggiore. Start from the town center and head towards the lakeside promenade. Follow the signs for 'Camaggiore'. The trail is moderately steep and will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours to reach Alpe Camaggiore, but the views along the way are worth the effort!
