Bus
From the Bergamo city center, walk to the 'Piazza Matteotti' bus station. Take bus number 1 or 6 in the direction of 'Milano'. After approximately 50 minutes, get off at the 'Milano, Via Plinio' stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to Bar Basso. Head northeast on Via Plinio for about 200 meters until you reach number 39.
Train
Make your way to the 'Bergamo' train station. Purchase a ticket for a train to 'Milano Centrale' which usually takes around 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Milano Centrale, exit the station and head to the underground metro. Take Line 3 (yellow line) towards 'Comasina' and get off at 'Zara' station. From Zara, transfer to Line 5 (lilac line) towards 'San Siro FS' and get off at 'Gioia' station. Exit the station and walk 10 minutes to Bar Basso located at Via Plinio, 39.
Walking
If you are already in the area and prefer to walk, locate 'Piazza Della Libertà' and head northeast on 'Via XX Settembre'. Continue straight until you reach 'Corso Buenos Aires'. Turn left and walk until you reach 'Via Plinio'. Turn right onto Via Plinio, and Bar Basso will be on your left at number 39. The walk will take approximately 30 minutes.
Taxi or Rideshare
For a more direct route, consider taking a taxi or using a rideshare app. Simply provide the driver with the address 'Via Plinio, 39, Milano'. The journey from central Bergamo to Bar Basso should take around 40 minutes depending on traffic.
