Once you arrive at the 'Lampugnano' bus station in Milan, exit the bus and take the Metro Line 1 (Red Line) direction Sesto 1 Maggio FS. Get off at 'Duomo' station. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to Piazza della Scala. Head east on Via Torino, turn left onto Via Agnello, and continue until you reach the square.
