Train
From Bergamo, head to the Bergamo railway station (Stazione di Bergamo). You can take a bus (Line 1) from the city center to the station. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Milano Centrale. Trains to Milan run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes, and the journey takes about 50 minutes. Upon arrival at Milano Centrale, follow the signs to the underground metro.

Metro
At Milano Centrale, purchase a ticket for the metro. Take Metro Line 3 (the yellow line) towards Duomo. Get off at the Duomo station and transfer to Metro Line 1 (the red line) at the Duomo. Take Line 1 towards Sesto 1 Maggio FS and get off at the Cairoli station. From Cairoli, it’s a short walk to Via Brera.

After exiting at Cairoli metro station, head towards Via Dante and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via Brera. Turn left onto Via Brera, and continue walking until you reach Pinacoteca di Brera at Via Brera, 28. The total walking distance from the metro is about 10 minutes.
