Bus
From Bergamo, head to the Bergamo bus station (Stazione Autolinee). Take the direct bus to Milan, which is available frequently. Once you arrive at Milan's Autostazione Lampugnano, transfer to the Metro Line 1 (Red Line) towards Sesto 1 Maggio FS. Get off at Duomo station. From Duomo, walk towards Via Festa del Perdono, which is about a 15-minute walk. Follow Via dei Della Spiga until you reach Via Festa del Perdono, and the Ca' Granda will be on your right.

Go to Bergamo Train Station (Stazione di Bergamo). Take a train to Milano Centrale. Once you arrive at Milano Centrale, follow the signs to the Metro. Take Metro Line 3 (Yellow Line) towards Comasina and change at Duomo. From Duomo, exit the station and walk along Via Vittorio Emanuele II until you reach Via Festa del Perdono. The Ca' Granda is located at number 7 on that street.
