Once you reach the stop at 'Piazza Mercato delle Scarpe', disembark and walk towards the funicular station. From the funicular, you will ascend to the upper town. When you exit the funicular, walk straight ahead towards 'Piazza Vecchia', which is the main square in Città Alta. The square is a short 5-minute walk from the funicular exit.

    If you are near the city center (Città Bassa), you can take bus line 1 from the bus stop 'Piazza Matteotti'. Board the bus heading to 'Città Alta'. The journey will take around 10-15 minutes.
