From the Ferrara train station, continue walking straight on Viale Cavour until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Viale della Libertà. Continue on this road until you see the entrance to Mura di Ferrara on your right.

Alternatively, from the Ferrara train station, you can take bus number 1 or bus number 5 towards the city center. Get off at the stop 'Giardini Margherita'. From there, walk towards Viale Cavour and continue as previously described to reach Mura di Ferrara.
