Car
If you are driving, start from the town of Bormio. Head south on SS38 towards Tirano for about 30 km. After reaching Tirano, continue on SS39 for approximately 15 km. Follow the signs for Zernez. Upon entering Zernez, look for signs directing you to the Swiss National Park. The park entrance is located near the center of Zernez, and there are parking facilities available nearby.

Take the bus from Bormio to Zernez. You can catch the bus at the Bormio bus station, which is located near the town center. The bus service is operated by the PostBus company and runs several times a day. The journey takes about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Zernez, follow the signs to the Swiss National Park, which is a short walk from the bus stop.

If you prefer to travel by train, take a train from Tirano to Zernez. First, you will need to get to Tirano by train from Milan or other major cities. From Tirano, transfer to the PostBus service that goes directly to Zernez. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes.
