If you're traveling by car, head towards Magreglio from your location in Brianza. Use the A36 autostrada (toll road) if you're coming from the southern parts of Brianza. Take the exit for 'Como' and follow the signs for 'Valassina' (SS36). Continue on SS36 until you see signs for 'Magreglio'. Once in Magreglio, follow Via Adua which leads directly to Madonna del Ghisallo. There is parking available near the shrine, but do note that it can get busy during weekends.
