From the Amalfi Coast, start at the Amalfi Cathedral (Cattedrale di Sant'Andrea). Head east on Via Lorenzo d'Amalfi toward Piazza Flavio Gioia. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via delle Cartiere. Turn right onto Via delle Cartiere, and follow it until you reach Via Roma. Once on Via Roma, turn left and walk towards the bus station (Stazione degli Autobus). From the bus station, you can catch a bus to Naples. The journey will take about 1.5 hours. Once in Naples, get off at the stop near Piazza Garibaldi. From there, walk to the nearby metro station (Metro Line 2) and take the train towards Pozzuoli. Get off at the stop 'Napoli Centrale.' Exit the station, and head toward Corso Umberto I. Continue walking until you reach Via Roma, where you will find Piazzetta Duca d'Aosta.

From Amalfi, make your way to the Amalfi bus station located on Via Nuova. Look for the SITA bus that travels towards Naples. The ride will take approximately 1.5 hours. After arriving at the Naples bus station (usually near Piazza Garibaldi), you can walk to the metro station (Metro Line 2). Take the metro towards Pozzuoli and disembark at Napoli Centrale.
