Walking
From the center of Capri, head towards the Marina Grande. Take the funicular railway down to the port. Once you arrive at Marina Grande, take the ferry to Naples. After reaching Naples, transfer to the Circumvesuviana train towards Sorrento. Get off at the Pompei Scavi station. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk to Via dell’Abbondanza, where Casa e Thermopolium di Vetutius Placidus is located.

Walk to the port at Marina Grande in Capri and board a ferry to Naples. Once you arrive at Naples, follow the signs to the Circumvesuviana train station.
