Ferry
From Positano, walk to the Positano ferry terminal located near the beach. Board a ferry to Sorrento, which takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Sorrento, exit the ferry terminal and locate the Circumvesuviana train station nearby. Purchase a ticket for the train to Pompei. The train ride will take around 30-40 minutes. Disembark at the Pompei Scavi station. From the station, it is about a 10-minute walk to the Fullery of Stephanus. Head east on Via Vittorio Emanuele, then turn right onto Via dell’Abbondanza. The Fullery of Stephanus will be on your left at number 7.

Bus
Begin your journey at the main bus stop in Positano, located near the Church of Santa Maria Assunta. Take the Sita bus towards Sorrento. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the Pompei stop. From there, walk towards the Pompei archaeological site entrance, which is well-marked. Continue straight on Via dell’Abbondanza, and you will find the Fullery of Stephanus at number 7 on your left. This should take approximately 10 minutes.

Walking
If you prefer an adventurous route, you could hike from Positano to Pompei, but be prepared for a lengthy trek of about 8 kilometers. Start from Positano and follow the signs toward Nocelle, then descend through the scenic trails towards the coastal road. Once you reach the main road, head towards Pompei. It will take approximately 2-3 hours to walk there. Upon reaching Pompei, follow the signs to the archaeological site. The Fullery of Stephanus is located on Via dell’Abbondanza, 7, just a short walk from the entrance.
