From the Amalfi Cathedral (Cattedrale di Sant'Andrea), head north on Via Lorenzo d'Amalfi. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via delle Cartiere. Turn left onto Via delle Cartiere and follow it as it curves to the right into Via dei Pastai. Keep walking until you reach the main square, Piazza Flavio Gioia. From there, take the ferry to Naples. Once in Naples, disembark at the Molo Beverello pier. From the pier, you can walk to Piazza S. Maria la Nova by heading northeast on Via Acton, then turning left onto Via Marina and continuing straight to the square.
Ferry and Walking

Start from the Amalfi Marina by taking a ferry to Naples. Once you arrive at the Molo Beverello pier in Naples, exit the ferry terminal and head northeast on Via Acton. When you reach the intersection, turn left onto Via Marina and follow it until you arrive at the intersection with Via Monte di Dio. Turn right onto Via Monte di Dio and walk until you reach the intersection with Via Santa Maria La Nova. Turn left, and the Complesso Monumentale Santa Maria La Nova will be on your right at Piazza S. Maria la Nova.
Bus and Walking

From Amalfi, take the SITA bus towards Naples. After approximately 1 hour, you will arrive at the Naples bus terminal. Upon exiting, walk towards Via Giovanni Amendola. Continue straight until you reach Piazza Garibaldi. From there, take the Metro Line 1 towards Piscinola and get off at the Museo station. Exit the station and head towards Via Mezzocannone. Walk straight until you reach Via Santa Maria La Nova, where you will find the Complesso Monumentale Santa Maria La Nova located at Piazza S. Maria la Nova.
