If you're driving from the center of Casentino, take the SP 1 road towards Arezzo. Continue on SP 1 for about 20 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto the SS 70 towards Florence. Continue on SS 70 for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach a fork in the road. Keep left to stay on SS 70, following signs for Florence. After about 10 kilometers, take the exit toward Viale Amendola. Merge onto Viale Amendola and continue straight. Turn right onto Via Romana, and Chef Vary will be on your right at number 41r.

To reach Chef Vary by public transportation, start at the Casentino train station and take a train towards Florence. The train ride takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Florence's Santa Maria Novella Station, exit the station and head to the bus terminal located adjacent to the station. Take bus number 36 (towards 'Piazza della Libertà') and get off at the 'Piazza della Libertà' stop. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk. Head southeast on Viale Matteotti, then turn left onto Via Romana. Chef Vary will be on your left at number 41r.
