Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Catania city center, head towards Via Etnea, which is the main street. Walk north on Via Etnea until you reach Piazza Stesicoro. From there, continue straight until you reach Via Umberto. Turn left onto Via Umberto and follow it until you reach the intersection with Viale della Libertà. Take a right on Viale della Libertà and continue walking for about 10-15 minutes. Look for the signs pointing towards Parco Gandhi, which will be on your left.

  • Public Transport - Bus

    From Catania's central train station (Stazione Centrale), take bus number 431 towards 'Zia Lisa'. This bus usually runs every 15-20 minutes. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes and get off at the stop 'Viale della Libertà / Catania'. Once you exit the bus, walk back towards Viale della Libertà and look for the entrance to Parco Gandhi on your left, about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
