Train
From any village in Cinque Terre, head to the nearest train station. For example, if you are in Monterosso al Mare, take the train towards La Spezia. You will need to change trains at La Spezia Centrale. At La Spezia, board a train heading to Carrara-Avenza. The journey from Monterosso to Carrara will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Carrara-Avenza station, exit the station.

After exiting Carrara-Avenza station, you will find the bus stop right outside. Look for the bus line heading towards 'Carrara' or 'Gragnana'. The bus ride will take around 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'Gragnana'.

From the Gragnana bus stop, walk along Via Provinciale di Gragnana. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer. You will see signs for 'Parco della Padula'. The park entrance will be on your right. It should take you approximately 15 minutes on foot to reach the park.
