If you are driving, start from the center of Bolzano. Head east on Via dei Gracis toward Via del Lido. Continue straight onto Via Cassa di Risparmio. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Via Claudia de' Medici. You will find Castel Mareccio at number 12 on your right. There is parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Castel Mareccio via public transport, take the bus line 10 from Bolzano's main train station (Stazione di Bolzano) towards Bolzano - Via Marconi. Get off at the 'Via Claudia de' Medici' stop. From there, it is a short walk to Castel Mareccio, which is located at number 12. Follow Via Claudia de' Medici, and you will see the castle on your left.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of Bolzano and prefer to walk, head towards the historic center. From Piazza Walther, walk south on Via dei Gracis. Continue straight until you reach Via Cassa di Risparmio, then take a left onto Via Claudia de' Medici. Castel Mareccio will be at number 12 on your right. It is a pleasant walk that takes about 20 minutes from the center.
