Car
If you're driving, take the A22 motorway towards Bolzano. Exit at 'Bolzano Nord' and follow signs for SS241 towards Val di Fassa. Continue on SS241 for about 30 km until you reach San Giovanni di Fassa. Once in the town, follow the local signs towards the Fassa Valley, where you'll find ample parking options.
Public Transportation
To get to Fassa Valley by public transport, start from Bolzano train station. Take a bus from Bolzano to San Giovanni di Fassa; the bus company is SAD (Società Autobus del Trentino). The journey takes about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at the San Giovanni di Fassa bus station, you can walk to the Fassa Valley, which is well-signposted. The valley is approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus station.
