Bus
From Florence, head to the main bus station, 'Firenze S.M.N.'. Take the bus number 1, which departs frequently from the station. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the stop 'Vicchio'. Once you get off, walk towards the center of Vicchio (about a 15-minute walk) until you reach Località Vespignano. Look for signs directing you to Casa di Giotto.
Train and Bus
Start at 'Firenze S.M.N.' train station and take a train to 'Vicchio'. This journey typically takes around 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Vicchio train station, exit the station and head to the nearby bus stop. Catch a local bus going towards 'Località Vespignano'. The bus ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Casa di Giotto, then walk a short distance following the local signs or ask locals for directions.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Florence and head towards Vicchio. Start cycling northwest on Via de' Cerretani towards Piazza della Repubblica, then follow the signs for 'Via della Fonderia' and 'Via Faentina'. The route is approximately 35 km and will take about 2 hours. Once you arrive in Vicchio, follow the local signs to Casa di Giotto located in Località Vespignano.
