Start at the 'Firenze Santa Maria Novella' train station and take Tram Line T2 towards 'Cascine.' Get off at 'Firenze, Stazione Centrale.' From there, transfer to bus line 37 towards 'Tavarnuzze.' After about 30 minutes, disembark at 'Tavarnuzze - Via Cassia.' Walk 10 minutes down Via Cassia to reach the Florence American Cemetery.
