From the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), head southeast on Via dei Calzaiuoli towards Piazza della Signoria. Continue straight to reach the Piazza della Signoria. From there, take Via de' Neri, then take a left onto Via dei Gondi. Continue until you reach the Rotonda del Brunelleschi. The Museo de' Medici will be on your right.
