    If you are starting from the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), head southeast on Via della Canonica towards Piazza del Duomo. Continue straight to Piazza della Repubblica. From there, turn left onto Via degli Strozzi, then right onto Via dei Vecchietti. Follow this street until you reach Piazza della Signoria. Once at the square, you will see the Palazzo Vecchio. From here, continue to the end of the square and turn left onto Via dei Leoni. This leads you directly to Ponte Vecchio. Cross the bridge and upon reaching the other side, take a right onto Via Guicciardini, then continue straight until you reach Piazza dei Giudici. Museo Galileo will be located at Piazza dei Giudici, 1.

    If you are near the Santa Maria Novella train station, you can take bus number 23 from the station. Get off at the stop 'Piazza San Firenze'.
