From the center of Florence, head to the nearest bus stop, such as 'Piazza San Marco'. Catch the bus number 10 towards 'Bagno a Ripoli'. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at the 'Bagno a Ripoli' stop. From there, walk north on Via di Villamagna for about 10 minutes until you reach Strada regionale 222 Chiantigiana. Podere Ema will be on your right.
Taxi
You can easily hail a taxi from anywhere in Florence. Just ask the driver to take you to 'Podere Ema, Strada regionale 222 Chiantigiana, 339, Bagno a Ripoli'. The ride will take approximately 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic.
Walking
If you are near the historic center and prefer to walk, head towards 'Ponte Vecchio' and cross the river. Continue along 'Via de' Bardi' and then 'Via di San Niccolò'. Follow 'Via di Villamagna' until you reach Bagno a Ripoli. This route is scenic but will take about an hour and a half, so be prepared for a longer walk.
Bicycle
For an adventurous option, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Florence. Head towards 'Viale dei Colli' which connects to 'Via di Villamagna'. Follow this road until you reach Strada regionale 222 Chiantigiana. Podere Ema will be on your right. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes.
