If you are in the historic center of Florence, head towards Piazza della Repubblica. From there, locate Via degli Strozzi and walk straight until you reach Via di Santa Croce. Turn left onto Via di Santa Croce and continue until you reach the end. From here, take a right onto Via dei Benci and continue walking straight. You'll eventually reach the Arno River. Cross the river via the Ponte alle Grazie and continue on Via Romana. This will lead you to the bus station where you can catch a bus to Siena. Look for bus number 131 or 133.
