Walking
From the Ponte Vecchio, head south towards Via de' Bardi. Continue straight until you reach Piazza Santo Spirito, which will be on your left. Santo Spirito is located right in the square, and you can easily spot the church.

If you are near the Santa Maria Novella train station, take bus number 11 or 36 from the bus stop in front of the station. Get off at the 'Santo Spirito' stop, which is just a short walk from the square. The church is located in the square itself.

Tram
Although there is no tram line that directly goes to Santo Spirito, you can take the tram Line T1 from the Santa Maria Novella train station towards 'Careggi'. Get off at 'Firenze Libertà', then walk towards Viale dei Mille and head southwest until you reach the Arno River. Cross the river via the Ponte alla Carraia, then continue walking straight until you reach Piazza Santo Spirito.
