Walking
If you're starting from the Florence Cathedral (Duomo di Firenze), head east on Via dei Calzaiuoli for about 600 meters. Continue straight until you reach Piazza della Signoria. From there, you can see the Palazzo Vecchio. Walk towards the palazzo and take Via dei Gondi, then turn left onto Via dei Neri. After a short walk, take a right onto Via della Ninna. Continue along this street until you reach the junction with Via della Scala, where you will take another right. At this point, you should be heading towards the railway station. From here, follow the signs to the Santa Maria Novella train station. Once at the station, you will need to catch a train towards Pistoia, which is approximately a 30-minute ride. Upon arrival at Pistoia, exit the station and head north on Via della Libertà, which will lead you to Piazza del Duomo, where Town Hall is located.
