If you're starting from the iconic Piazza della Signoria, head southwest towards Via dei Neri. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via de' Benci. Turn left onto Via de' Benci and walk until you reach the Arno River. Cross the Ponte alle Grazie, and once across, walk straight until you reach the roundabout. From there, take the first exit onto Viale Machiavelli. Continue walking along this road, and after about 10 minutes, you will see Piazza di S. Pancrazio on your right.

From the main train station, Santa Maria Novella, take bus number 12 towards 'Rifredi' and get off at the stop 'Piazza Ricasoli'. From the bus stop, walk a short distance south on Viale dei Mille until you reach the intersection with Viale Machiavelli. Turn right, and continue walking for about 10 minutes. You will find Piazza di S. Pancrazio on your right side.
