Walking
If you are starting from the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), head southwest on Via del Corso towards Piazza della Repubblica. Continue straight until you reach Piazza della Repubblica, then take Via degli Strozzi on your left. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via de' Tornabuoni, where you will turn right. Follow this street until you reach the Ponte Santa Trinita bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight to Via di Santo Spirito. Take a left on Via di Santo Spirito and follow it along until you reach the intersection with Via Ognissanti. Turn right, and you will find Piazza Ognissanti on your left.

If you are starting from the Uffizi Gallery, exit the gallery and walk towards the Arno River. Head right along the riverbank until you reach the Ponte Vecchio. Cross the Ponte Vecchio, and once on the other side, follow Via Guicciardini straight until you get to Piazza della Passera. Continue straight, and you will pass through Via de' Bardi. At the fork, take the left onto Via di Santo Spirito and then turn left again at Via Ognissanti to reach the square.
