    If you're starting from the heart of Oltrarno, one great landmark to reference is the Santo Spirito Basilica. Begin your walk by heading south on Via Santo Spirito and cross over the bridge at the end of the street, which leads you to the beautiful Ponte Vecchio. After crossing the bridge, continue straight on Via Guicciardini until you reach Piazza de' Pitti. The entrance to The Boboli Gardens is located right at the edge of this square.
