Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Cogne. From the main square, head northeast on Route SP47 for about 5 km. The road is well-marked and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Keep an eye out for signs indicating the direction to Passo dell'Invergneux. The road will lead you up into the mountains, and you will find a parking area near the Passo. There may be a small parking fee of around €5 for the day.
Public Transportation
To reach Passo dell'Invergneux via public transportation, take a local bus from Cogne. The bus service runs regularly and will take you towards the mountain trails. Make sure to check the local bus schedule for times. The bus stop is located in the town center. Once you arrive at the nearest bus stop, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 km up the trail to reach Passo dell'Invergneux. Hiking
If you are already in Gran Paradiso National Park and prefer hiking, you can start from the Rifugio Vittorio Sella, which is approximately 8 km from Cogne.
