    Starting from the central area of Herculaneum, head towards the train station, Ercolano Scavi. From the station, exit onto Via Roma and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass several shops and cafés. Once you reach the intersection with Via XX Settembre, turn left. Continue walking straight until you reach the coast, where you can see the beautiful Bay of Naples. At the coast, turn right and walk along the waterfront. After about 15 minutes, you will come to a fork in the road. Take the left path that leads up towards the hills. Follow the signs for Bacoli. Continue on this path for approximately 20 minutes until you arrive at Castello Aragonese di Baia, located at Via Castello, 39.

    From the main square in Herculaneum, find the bus stop for the EAV bus service. Board the bus heading towards Bacoli. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes.
