From any point in Posillipo, locate the nearest bus stop. Take bus line 140 or 151 towards 'Piazza Amedeo' or 'Mergellina'. The journey should take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the stop 'Mergellina'.

After getting off at 'Mergellina', walk towards the waterfront, taking Via Caracciolo. Continue walking along the promenade until you reach the intersection with Via Posillipo. At this point, you can enjoy the scenic views of the bay. Follow Via Posillipo for about 15-20 minutes until you reach Panoramica Posillipo.
