Walking
From the center of Herculaneum, head towards the Herculaneum Archaeological Site entrance. Once there, look for the train station signs for the Circumvesuviana line. Take the train towards Naples (Napoli). The journey will take approximately 20 minutes. When you arrive at Napoli Garibaldi Station, follow the signs to the Metro Line 1. Board the train towards Piscinola. Get off at the next stop, which is 'Garibaldi,' and follow the signs for the exit towards Via San Biagio Dei Librai. Once you exit, walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Via San Biagio Dei Librai, where the Doll Hospital is located at number 39.

From Herculaneum, walk to the nearest bus stop for the EAV bus service. Take the bus heading towards Naples (Napoli). After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop nearest to Napoli Centrale Station. From there, walk towards Napoli Garibaldi Station. Follow the signs to the Metro Line 1 and board the train towards Piscinola. Get off at the Garibaldi stop. Exit towards Via San Biagio Dei Librai, which is about a 10-minute walk from the station. The Doll Hospital is located at number 39.
