Walking
From the center of Herculaneum, start at the Herculaneum Archaeological Park entrance (Via IV Novembre). Walk south on Via IV Novembre until you reach the intersection with Corso Resina. Turn right onto Corso Resina and continue straight for about 700 meters. You will pass several shops and cafés along the way. At the end of Corso Resina, you will reach a roundabout. Here, take the first exit onto Via Roma, which will lead you towards the train station. After about 200 meters, you will find the Herculaneum train station on your left.

At Herculaneum train station, purchase a ticket for the Circumvesuviana train towards Sorrento. The trains run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The journey to Sorrento will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Sorrento station, exit the station and head towards the main square (Piazza Tasso). From Piazza Tasso, walk towards the coast, following the signs to Marina Piccola. It is about a 15-minute walk downhill, and you will enjoy beautiful views along the way.

Bus
From the center of Herculaneum, walk to the nearest bus stop on Corso Resina. Board the EAV bus heading to Sorrento. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Sorrento, ask the bus driver to drop you off near Piazza Tasso. From there, follow the signs to Marina Piccola, which is a downhill walk of about 15 minutes.
