If you are already in Herculaneum, start by heading towards the central area. From the Herculaneum Archaeological Park, walk towards Corso Resina. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Margherita. Turn left onto Via Margherita and follow it until you reach the train station, Ercolano Scavi. Once at the station, take the Circumvesuviana train towards Sorrento. After about 20 minutes, disembark at Positano station. From the station, follow the signs towards the town center, which will guide you to Via Trara Genoino.
