Walking
From the Herculaneum archaeological site, exit the site and head towards the main road, Corso Resina. Turn left and walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Herculaneum train station (Stazione di Ercolano). Once at the station, take the Circumvesuviana train towards Napoli. After a short ride (approximately 20 minutes), get off at the Napoli Porta Nolana station. From there, follow the signs to the Metro line 1 and take the train towards Piscinola. Disembark at the Museo station. Exit the station and walk towards Via Foria. Turn right on Via Foria and continue until you reach the intersection with Via Sanità. Turn left on Via Sanità and walk straight until you arrive at Piazza Sanità, where the Basilica di Santa Maria della Sanità is located at number 33.

Start at the Herculaneum archaeological site and walk to the nearby Corso Resina. Board the bus number 151 at the nearest bus stop towards Napoli. The bus will take you directly to Piazza Sanità in about 30 minutes. Once you reach Piazza Sanità, look for the Basilica at number 33. The bus stop is right near the church entrance.
